Create an Excel Survey for External Input

SharePoint iconWhen external sharing (with anyone) is enabled in a SharePoint Communication site, a classic Team site or a modern Team site without a group, the Excel survey option is shown when you create a new item in a library.

Such a survey is created and answered in Excel Online and does not require login. Therefore it is suitable to use when you need input from people outside the tenant.
